I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2 - 3 business days of processing.   Print-on-demand and drop-ship items are subject to 7-10 day production times before shipment.  We have no control over these circumstances.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx.  International orders will be shipped via DHL or the method of the fulfillment center the product is from.
  • Average transit times to the United States: 4 - 9 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 11 - 19 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.  

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. As we dropship some items from third-party suppliers across the globe, individual items may have their own tracking numbers and arrive separately.  We cannot control shipping time, unfortunately, in drop-shipped product-orders. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel within 24 hours of placement, no problem.  All you need to do is reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "CANCEL".  We will process the refund and send a confirmation e-mail.  After 24 hours, we do not have the ability to halt or cancel orders in-progress.  

I LISTED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email with the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can modify the ship-to address, once the corrected information is processed through our payment processors fraud filters.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED                                                                            If this happens, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once that information is received, we will proceed with the proper course of remedy.
